The referral* awarded is subject to the salary offered to the referred candidate. The applicable scale is found below:
£150 - Up to £24,999
£250 - £25,000 - £49,999
£500 - £50,000 +

Please note that higher fees are occasionally payable depending on the urgency and/or seniority of the position. Alternatively Regalgreen are happy to donate the equivalent amount to a charity of your choice.
Referrals and recommendations really are our one of our strongest marketing tools, so we really do appreciate any good contacts you can pass on, and remember there is no limit to the number of contacts you can provide.
Please complete your referral via our Enquire Online contact form (right) quoting “referral” followed by the following details:
- Candidates name (referral)
- Contact telephone number
- Email address
- Advertised job title/code
By filling in an online form quoting ‘Referral’* you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions* as outlined below:
- Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Regalgreen Limited has been in contact with the referred candidate at any time up to one year prior to the referral being made. Some Referrals may still be paid out but these are discretionary
- Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if the referral is already on the Regalgreen Limited database
- Referrals will not qualify for the scheme if no reference is made to a specific Regalgreen Limited advertised job
- The candidate must have completed their probationary period with their new employer for you to qualify for the referral gift
- We will operate a first come first served policy, where the candidate has been introduced by more than one person
- Payments will only be made on the initial placement - further placements are excluded
- Payment must have been received by our client for the placement before the referral gift will be sent to you
- You must provide the candidates name, contact telephone number, email address and suitable job title via our online enquiry form
- Regalgreen confirms in writing or via email acceptance of the candidate on to the scheme
- Where the same candidate is introduced by more than one person, only the first application received will qualify for a referral gift
- We successfully place the candidate with a client within 6 months of the date of your introduction
- Once placed, the candidate must continue in the employment for a minimum period of 12 weeks, after which the fee will be paid
- If you operate using a limited company, fee payments will be made to your limited company, for which a company invoice is required
- In the event of a disputed fee, Regalgreen Limited’s decision shall be final
- Regalgreen Limited retains the right to change the conditions of or cancel the scheme without written notice
- The Candidate Referral Scheme is only applicable to permanent or staff assignments and not contract or temporary assignments
