Regalgreen is adaptive service provider with extensive experience of many different organisational cultures and project methodolgies. Our project life-cycle model uses 7 stages of project management:

  1. Scope definition
  2. Preliminary design
  3. Process design
  4. Detailed engineering
  5. Procurement and construction/installation
  6. Commissioning and release to operations
  7. Final project closure

Regalgreen has been comprehensively involved across all phases of a projects life-cycle and has engaged with operators, managaing contractors, EPCs and design houses delivering projects nationally and internationally both on and offshore.

Previous project work from our consultants includes; BP Everest Field, Sasol 3, Shell Pearl GTL, Nexen Buzzard, Statoil KEP2010, Saudi Aramco/The Dow Chemical Company SADARA and SABIC UK's North Tees plants.
